From January 22nd through January 26th, UrbanTrans staff look forward to catching up with collegues and friends as Washington, DC plays host to the 91st Transportation Research Board.  We hope to see you there!

A strategic parnership between twelve leading businesses and the Region of Waterloo, Ontario culminated with the launch of one of the world's newest Transportation Management Associations-- TravelWise.  On January 17th,  John Hill -- Principal Planner for Region of Waterloo--  cut the proverbial ribbon on this innovative commuter program at a launch event which brought together nearly 100 community and business leaders.

Omni SmartCommute honored four “gold-level employers” for offering superior commute programs to their Prince William County staff. Comcast, George Mason University's Prince William campus, Micron Technology and American Type Culture Collection were recognized in the Washington Post for encouraging alternatives to driving alone. UrbanTrans is proud to have worked with the Potomac and Rappahannock Transportation Commission (PRTC) to develop the Omni SmartCommute program.
