Emily Haar, TDM-CP
Program Management Lead
We’re not quite sure what the secret ingredient is, but when Emily’s on your team, your project will have a newfound level of organization, calmness, and productivity. This is why she’s helping deliver some of our biggest projects in transportation demand management (TDM). Emily is passionate about providing TDM solutions because she can see how this work can impact people’s lives for the better. Her empathetic nature is showcased in how she delivers TDM solutions and how she manages the program development staff in the Atlanta office.
With over a decade of experience, she leads UrbanTrans activities in the Georgia Commute Options regional commuter program through specialized employer outreach and in-depth program development across the Atlanta region. She also currently serves as project manager for the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport’s employee ride options program.
Emily has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, with a certificate in Operations Management. She is an Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT) 40 Under 40 Award recipient. Emily previously managed the Perimeter Connects TMA, which was awarded the ACT Outstanding TMA Award for exemplary programs during her tenure.
She is an ATL native, and loves the city, the people, the vibrancy, and its rich history. Emily spends her time trying to keep up with her two toddlers, attending plays with her husband, and finding any excuse to get outside when it’s cooler than 80 degrees.
