Lauren is dedicated to improving people’s quality of travel in an economically secure and expeditious way. With over 7 years in customer service experience, she is the lead commuter liaison for AERO—the transportation management association (TMA) at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. You can often find her at the AERO help desk, assisting employees to find the best way to and from work. Lauren also serves as the lead contact and liaison for onboarding new companies for the MARTA transit pass partnership program in Perimeter.
Lauren is a proud alumna of Rust College where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication, specializing in Broadcast Journalism. She continued her education and earned a Master of Science degree in Mass Communication & Media Culture at Arkansas State University.
Lauren is a passionate basketball and football fan (Go Falcons!), a frequent world traveler and an avid adventure seeker. Her favorite place she has visited so far is Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
